Shipping

Every piece is made by hand in our Alaska studio and packed with care. Here is how and when your order reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — if you are outside the US and would like a piece, get in touch and we will let you know when we can help.

Processing time

Ready-made pieces are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Because each piece is made individually, an occasional order takes a little longer. If yours will, we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

Shipping methods and cost

Orders are sent by USPS with tracking. Standard shipping is a flat $8. Shipping is free on orders over $150. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days once a parcel is on its way, though remote destinations can take longer.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number when it ships. If a tracking number has not arrived within a week, please let us know.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost in the post or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right. See our Returns page for details.
